Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel directly from your account settings at any time. If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged again.

CMS Starter is for one retail website. Agency Growth includes 5 websites and up to 3 agency team members. Agency Partner includes 10 websites and adds the agency SaaS tools for onboarding, subscriptions, payments, invoicing, support, projects, and AMC contracts.

CMS Starter users can add more websites at the same Starter price with no volume discount. Agency Growth extra websites are ₹249/site/month. Agency Partner extra websites are ₹199/site/month for 11-50 sites, ₹175/site/month for 51-100 sites, and ₹149/site/month for 101+ sites, charged for all extra sites after the first 10.

Agency Growth and Agency Partner let your client-facing software show your agency logo, favicon, branded login screen, and "Powered by your brand" inside the admin panel. You can also adjust backend theme details such as primary color, radius, and fonts so the dashboard matches your brand.

Yes. Base plans can be paid monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves roughly two months compared with monthly pricing. Extra website charges are monthly only for now.

Yes. We support importing content from common CMS platforms. For complex migrations, our team is happy to assist — reach out via the contact page and we will walk through the options with you.

Yes, on Agency Partner. Agencies connect their own Stripe, Razorpay, or supported payment provider, so client payments go through the agency's own gateway. Offline payments can also be collected and manually updated in the system.
